GLASS + MATTE PAINTING  /  THE ELECTRICAL LIFE OF LOUIS WAIN (2021)

The Wains' cottage sequence, a combination of traditional matte painting by Leigh Took and compositing by One of Us. 

The film beautifully combines traditional and digital VFX as an innovative way of portraying Wain’s unstable mental health. It was shortlisted for the British Independent Film Awards under the category ‘Best Effects’.
