Miniature model sets, pyrotechnics and breakaways for the WW2 TV series 'Band of Brothers', with visual effects supervised by Angus Bickerton.

 Mattes & Miniatures built a miniature New York harbor, and a statue of liberty in two scales (sculpted by Adrian Getley) for the scene where the troops depart from New York. Later in the series, the troops arrive in Paris.  A street scene was created with miniature model buildings and practical lighting.  A miniature church roof was built to breakaway with miniature pyros.
