Banyan tree trunks were modelled in clay, moulded and cast in fibreglass resin. Manzanita branches were fitted via internal box section framework and thousands of individual silk flowers applied.

Trees rigged at 90 degrees allowing a light guided by a motion control model mover to pass through the miniature, resulting in a practical effect of a bright light descending through the trees.
